We had a conversation with Paula Twidale, Executive Vice President of Collette Tours and Chairman of the Board for the U.S. Tour Operators Association (USTOA). Paula is the first woman to chair the USTOA since the association was founded in 1972.
In this episode, we get into the mission of Collette Tours and the USTOA, why Paula got into the travel industry, some of Paula’s daily habits and rituals, her favorite books, and advice and tips for those looking to break into the travel industry. Some of the books, apps, and companies mentioned in this episode:

We are big fans of Tim Ferriss’ podcast and his interview style, so we applied similar concepts from Tim’s podcast to our first episode. We are experimenting with this new content format, so please let us know what you think in the comments!
