MSC Cruises is the world’s largest privately owned cruise line. At Seatrade Cruise Global 2016, MSC announced a culinary partnership with celebrity chef Roy Yamaguchi. Over the next couple of years, MSC is investing $6B in 7 new ships through 2021. We sat down with Bonnie Levengood, SVP of Marketing and Ken Muskat, EVP of PR & Guest Services to learn about the future of the cruise industry, the impact of millennials, and how MSC is innovating in all aspects of the cruise industry.
